Additional Images from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic US Legislators

Development layouts for the financier's private tropical island included in the released materials.

Furthermore featured in this recent document drop is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had formulated plans to develop the substantial island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.

You can see the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and includes a key labelling different sections of the estate.

Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, including designs for marina coverings.

Additional documentation disclosed as part of the continuing investigative release.
